Given that I only received them today, I am unable to be sure how successfully they will be when it comes to doing the job. at this stage I will wait and see.

Good price but didn't work for me

I'm a person who doesn't like the dark days of the Winter months, as Ive noticed over the past few years, particularly with the pandemic that we've all just gone through, I felt that I needed a bit of a boost. So having seen these capsules and read the reviews, I considered they were worth a try. While it is early days - as I've only been taking these capsule for 3 weeks, I am now noticing an improvement in my quality of sleep, my mood and a better ability to cope with things in general. So it is my intention to keep going with these capsules and probably order more in due course.However I'd like to offer a personal note here to the manufacturers that printing the dosage and other instructions in what must be the most minute type face they could find - onto a dark purple background, I found to be extremely unhelpful. I actually had to use a magnifying glass to establish the correct dosage.

I've been taking these daily for a couple of months now and really seen a difference in my anxiety levels. I still get anxious from time to time but no where near as extreme as it was before.

The best product to ease and even prevent migrainesI am very happy - in case I can open the bottle ;)

Definitely helping to reduce anxiety. I have been taking them for a month now, started to notice the difference after a couple of weeks.

Really excited to try these tablets!
