CamKix Camera Lens Kit Compatible with Apple iPhone 5C - 8X Telephoto, Fisheye, 2 in 1 Macro Lens + Wide Angle Lens

I don't mind an inexpensive toy as a camera even though I've used pro equipment for over 20 years now. I bought this on a whim just to try it out for a little fun. The telephoto lens came apart in about 8 different pieces, and I could solve a Rubik's cube faster than I could figure out how to put it back together. So the telephoto was a fail. The fish eye lens is a fun lens, but you will see vignetting around the edges of your image. Cropping them out takes away from the fish eye look, course you can always leave it there for a more vintage look. Because the fish eye is not especially sharp, a vintage look seems to be a good way conceptualizing your images when you use it, so the vignetting may not bother you. The wee tripod is sturdy enough, but as the telephoto lens fell apart, I haven't used it except to try the fit on my iphone.The wide angle lens is nice for groups, especially if you want a large group 'selfie' and was sharper (a lot sharper) than the fish eye. That alone was worth the kit, honestly, I do like the wide lens the most. The macro also does a fair job, but remember to get in REALLY close to get your subject in focus. The case you have to use fits the iphone perfectly, but it is not nearly as protective as the one I had used previously. Not a case you want to drop your iphone with, but it does provide some protection. The case is necessary because that is how you mount the lenses. *Edited to add images and say that the seller has contacted me and I will reserve judgment until after the interaction with the seller. The first image is how the telephoto fell apart rather easily, the others are with the wide and fish eye, macro, and wide angle, respectively.

If you are on this page looking to buy this product just buy it already! I absolutely LOVE mine! I've bought a lens pack before from another company in which you stick a small metal thing over where your camera and the lens sticks to it by magnets, well this is not like that! You actually have a case and the lens' have threading on them so instead of sticking they screw on! The small lens's are really good quality better than my other brand ones, and the big lens I haven't used it yet other than messing around to see how far it gets and boy am I excited to use it at the next concert I go to(they say no gopros but nothing about these haha!). Also the tripod is awesome it makes taking videos soon much easier now that I don't have to find random things to set my phone on or up with lol.I also love that it's not just for the 5c you can put any phone that will fit in it and use it just the same. I was pretty impressed that the tripod could go from landscape to portrait without it tipping over from the weight of the phone! The case obviously isn't for protecting the phone(but it would be bad ass if they came out with a heavy duty case that would fit the lens system!)but i personally like the convenience of just popping this on and off! Lastly here is a picture of my eyeball taken with the macro lens!

The case is a bit missized for my phone, there is a big difference between teh 5s and 5c case, it barely fits, but I just attach the whole getup and swap my iphone in for shooting. The lenses are of great quality, from someone used to Nikkor lenses, I am very discerning, and for the price, this is some good glass, and yes, much of it really is glass. The stand is good, 1/4 mount works with my other camera's, and the phone holder is universal, so that is always nice. The lenses are a nice variety, if you want to dink around. Don't expect to be the next Ansel Adams shooting with an iphone, you still have no light control, f-stop control, aperture control etc, so there are limitations, but for a kid starting to get into photography, these might make a fun, almost novelty giftUpdate: Seller has resolved the issue, I actually ordered for the wrong phone, must have misread the product page, but they sent me a new case anyway.

The customer service for this company deserves 5 stars!! I incurred a problem with the tripod and it was immediately rectified! This type of customer service is unheard of today. I would order from them with confidence anytime.The lenses are quite a great addition to my phone camera. I can get clearer, closer shots with very little inconvenience. Every piece fits into my little purse so I can carry the lens, etc. wherever I go and can switch from phone mode to camera mode in an instant. Very cool..I added a Bluetooth Wireless Remote Control gadget that allows me to be in group shots also!

I received my lens kit on time. Everything was bit smaller than I had expected but I think it is better that way. I tried all the lenses and tripod and everything works well. The telephoto lens is pretty great for being small lens and using only a phone. I was very happy with the product and the price. Only suggestions I have are to provide a little bit bigger case. I had a hard time fitting everything back together. And the phone case doesn't fit as well as I had hoped but it's not too big of a deal.Overall, I was very pleased with the product and the provider.

Received this lens kit moments ago and feel the macro lens alone is worth the price. I am going to use this product for recording my artwork in progress to put on my website and instagram.

This was bought as a present for my mum, who loves taking photos but often forgets to take a camera. The camera on the iPhone 6 is great as it is, but these lenses make it better still. The telephoto does lose some detail and suffers from minor chromatic aberration but gets you much closer than you could ever get without it. The fisheye and wide angle both work very well, with the same amount of distortion that you'd expect from similar dslr lenses. The macro lens stands out above the rest for both me and my mum, as it retains a superb amount of detail and can produce close ups that rival that if professional photographers. The inclusion of a mini tripod also sweetens the deal and is perfect for selfies and group photos. Overall this is a fantastic product from a fantastic seller, well worth paying slightly more for a better quality product.

I needed this kit because I wanted to enhance my iPhone photography. Eveything arrived in good condition and I'm very pleased with the wide-angle/fisheye/macro lenses. I've taken some great photos using these. I wish I could give four and a half stars, half a star knocked off because I'm not as happy with the telescopic lens which has a bit of distortion which affects my pictures.However this is totally worth it and I recommend the product, especially for close up pictures.
