POOREST QUALITY MAKES A MESS DOESNT DRY!
I know my way around liquid eyeliners. I know how to apply them and not make a mess. HOWEVER, these eyeliners are a complete mess of a formulation..they take forever to dry and when they do dry, the formula cracks and cakes as you can see in my pics. I should've spent the extra money and bought REAL makeup from Ulta. These are going BACK!

It was better than expected
This eyeliner worked well with the LED lipsticks also purchased on Amazon. I would not say it was actually purple, more like a hot pink but it certainly lit up during the LED / glow party. I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this product!

Do Not Use This Eyeliner Near Your Eyes
There was a warning on the back of this saying not to use this EYELINER near the eyes. Below my eyes (where the cheek starts) I applied this and it made my eyes so watery that I couldn't continue applying my makeup. I'm hoping to use this for other things, but don't get this product for its use.

Great product
had this for like a year now and used it as a neon green eyeliner but today i used it for the first time under a black light and it was so cute so i ordered 7 more colors

The cap just keeps spinning and never really fully tightens so I was scared it was going to leak all over my makeup bag. Consistency wasn’t great but the color is amazing. Just have to allow to dry and keep applying for the right look

Great glow, meh in regular light
I wanted something that would look good in normal light and under a black light. In normal light, this goes on pretty patchy. Under a black light, it looks solid. The glow is pretty great, though, so if you don't mind that it looks uneven in regular light, this is a good buy.

It is hard to put on and have a bold line. You have to go over it many times. Worst eyeliner.

Yellow the colour of happiness !
Purchased this is yellow & orange and it's so pretty! You may need to apply 2 layers just to fill in the gaps, but it stays on all day even walking my dog in the rain it still looked immaculate. Very pleased with this purchase for the price and will be buying more colours.

Super bright, easily applied
Thia stuff is amazing, super bright and no problems as described by other users. It stays put where you painted it on really well. Not sure about how it copes with sweat yet. Will update

For the price it's more than perfect
The eyeliner looks a lot more different than the picture, but it didn't matter. The pigment is not the same as the one of a normal eyeliner (when it dries it is really easy to come off) but for cool looks it's what I wanted. The brush is a long and thin one so it is really helpful when I want to draw weird lines on my eye. Overall it's a really good product but it doesn't stay on if you don't take care of it.

Awful product. The image on amazon is a squeezy tube - which is what I expected and wanted. It came in a thin, long tube with a screw top and long applicator. On top of that, the product is as thin as water with NO pigment and looks awful. Nothing as described nor as pictured. Really disappointed.
