Three Orders, Three Mistakes – Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality control and the customer service. I ordered three different items from this brand, and every single one of them was wrong. First, I ordered a baby lounger. It arrived completely crooked and misshapen. I left it out of the packaging for several days, hoping it would regain its shape as recommended, but it never did. I had no choice but to return it. The worst part is that my return has been stuck in processing for a very long time with no proper resolution. Second, I ordered a bath rinser in the color taupe, but instead I received gray. I specifically ordered taupe because it matches my other baby items. Since it was the wrong color, I had to return that as well. Finally, I ordered a baby hairbrush in taupe, and once again I received the wrong color. This time it was a dark pink color. The box even had a taupe sticker on it, but the product inside was clearly not taupe, which shows that the wrong label had been placed on the packaging. Three orders. Three mistakes. It honestly feels like they simply ship whatever they have available without checking what the customer actually ordered. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially when you’re trying to prepare for your baby’s arrival and expect to receive the correct products. I would not recommend ordering from this brand based on my experience. The repeated mistakes and the extremely slow handling of returns have completely destroyed my confidence in both the company and its customer service.

Soft, gentle, and perfect for baby
Love this little bath brush! Super soft on baby’s scalp and great for gently washing or helping with cradle cap. Easy to hold and dries quickly. A simple but brilliant addition to bath time!

Dello stesso colore del fasciatoio e del termometro ma purtroppo non della vaschetta. Ottimo silicone morbido sulla testa del neonato e con una buona “presa” per il genitore.
