Love! Where have these been all my life?
I love these to make little egg sandwiches! Whether you use an English Muffin or Bagel, these are perfect to poach several cute little eggs perfectly all at once! Do some ahead for the week even, when you have 5 minutes, put in fridge.Maybe undercook 1 minute? I do slip a little bacon grease on them, follow directions, you will learn your timing for 5 or 6 minutes or whatever on your stove with your amount of water, etc. Just remember that, and you can get several breakfast sandwiches done all at once! Bravo!I love the little helper holes to help get them in & out of the water, and a spoon helps get egg out of mold. Easy! Let cool 1 minute, while you prep your toast or coffee, then eat.Easy to hand wash, or maybe top rack, idk.Where have these been all my life?

Takes the pain out of poaching!
I canโt tell you how many egg poachers Iโve tried or how many times Iโve tried different methods of trying to poach a decent egg. These little cups are so simple to use, clean, store, and give away to friends or family! The method is so easy and takes barely any time to cook! And they donโt look like they suffered an explosion in the process! Just perfect little poached eggs to put on your perfect little English muffin. Delicious.

Great product, one tip for buyers.
These are a great product! They work as advertised, are easy to use, and clean. We agree with another reviewer who said it is best to get the water boiling before putting the loaded cups in the water. Be careful about putting too much water in the pan, or the cups may float around and even tip the contents out. This has not happened to us, but it looked like it could. Two suggestions for the manufacturer are: 1) consider making the round bottom base a little larger since these are tippy, both in and outside the pan of water. The user has be careful of this. 2) Include in the instructions that boiling the water before putting the cups in the pan works best.We wish for all future buyers of this product to have the same satisfying experience we are having.Eric Denniston

Best ever to cooking poached eggs!
These are the BEST. I made two this morning for Eggs Benedict. I just brushed a little avocado oil in each cup, cracked an egg in and set the cups in a pan of simmering water WITH the lid on as instructed. I put the timer on for 5 1/2 minutes and they were perfect and easy to slide out of the cups. I personally like the yolks runny BUT I cannot have jiggly uncooked whites (grosses me out). These came out perfect. SUPER EASY. I wish I would have taken a photo but I was super hungry and ready to jump on these.

Long lasting, easy to use.
I bought these on 2019 and they're still as good as the day I got them. Great at poaching eggs in the microwave, air fryer or stovetop. I prefer the air fryer because it's the quickest and I can add my english muffin and sausage patties to cook along with it. Here's a couple of tips: hand wash after use, avoid the dishwasher; butter the insides before pouring in the egg so the egg loosens easier; store them in the box inside out (the ring that stabilizes the cup from tipping helps keep the shape during storage).

A good start...
Being silicone, these are especially easy to clean, even if you don't use a non-stick spray (though that does make it even easier). The query regarding 'Easy to remove' is ambiguous, but I'll address this as ease of removing the finished poached eggs. There will be some sticking if you don't use a non-stick spray, resulting in small bits of cooked egg adhering to the silicone after the cooked egg is removed. In using a spray, you will find that the least amount of mist is preferable, else the amount of spray becomes a sheet of oil that slides down the sides and pools at the bottom of the cup, effectively leaving the sides with no non-stick spray. Efforts to apply the oil by brush results in the same useless effort."Easy to use" is to be viewed from multiple perspectives: when a thin mist is used, the cooked egg will literally slide right out of the cup. Attempting to break an egg directly into the cup with the cup sitting on a counter top will then cause you to attempt to lift the extremely soft and flexible cup, containing an egg, to the microwave tray or other cooking option. This will require special attention as the sides will collapse, allowing the near-liquid egg to pour out of the cup.Use of a microwave is of particular interest as my son live at 9,000 foot elevation in Colorado and, though water boils at 212ยฐ here at California coast sea level, providing for a good stove-top poaching experience, water boils at about 186ยฐ at his home, which simply is too cool for poaching eggs...Placing a cup or a nest of cups in the center of the microwave will almost certainly result in the yolk being cooked hard as the white is cooked to the desired state of doneness. I've found that by placing the cup(s) at the outside edge of the rotating microwave plate and cooking for about 40 seconds, the rotating the cup 180ยฐ followed by cooking for another 20 seconds has allowed me to get closer to that ideal cooked whites / runny yolk poached egg.

Very easy to use! Works as advertised!
Excellent product! Couldn't ask for better. Doesn't stick and very easy to clean. Send to be the best one on the market. I have a pan poaching set that is metal Teflon based, very nice but requires more time cleaning. This one just wipes off with a paper towel. I use a slight touch of spray oil and spread with the finger. Put in the eggs and voila!

Great egg poachers, but there's a learning curve
I agree with all the other five-star reviews -- finally, here's a product that helps you make perfect poached eggs. But there's a learning curve because of different factors, such as how hot your pan gets, and how you like your eggs. I was getting pretty good at making poached eggs the old fashioned way, cooking them for 3 1/2 minutes in simmering water, but so much of the white always got lost. All the protein in the egg is in the white. With the COZILIFE Egg Poachers, you get 100% of the nutritious egg white. As others have mentioned, you need to grease the inside of the cups. I do not use cooking spray, which is the biggest rip-off in the history of food products. I take a paper towel and dip it in butter, and lightly grease the cups. Tip: Do NOT grease all the way up to the three raised portions with holes. The eggs don't come up that high, and grease makes it difficult to hold on to the cups when putting in / taking out of the water. The instructions say to bring the water to a simmer, then lower the cups into the water. This can be difficult if the skin on your fingers is very sensitive to heat. You may have to heat the water to less than ideal cooking temperature, put the cups in, then cover the pan and bring up the temperature. You'll need to experiment. If cooking two eggs, the firmness of the yolks may differ depending how close a cup is to the flame. The instructions say to cover and cook eggs from 5 - 10 minutes. I think 10 minutes would result in hard-cooked eggs, unless the flame was very low. If you want hard-cooked eggs I think this is a superior cooking method, since you can eat them while they're freshly made, instead of refrigerating, peeling, etc. Those refrigerated eggs are very hard to digest.Other important tips: Take the eggs out of the fridge for at least 1/2 hour before starting. Room temperature eggs are easier to crack without breaking the yolk. And, instead of breaking the eggs directly into the COZILIFE cups, place the cups into small glass ramekins, which will keep them steady until you put the cups in the water. After the eggs are done to your taste, remove from water and let sit 1 minute (that's in the instructions), then take a tablespoon and run it around the edge of the egg & lift to remove. When I opened the package of COZILIFE Egg Poaching Cups I noticed that they had a slight chemical smell. I washed them in hot sudsy water but the smell was still there. DON'T BE DISCOURAGED! The key is to let them air-dry overnight -- then there will be no more smell. The smell could be from the plastic wrap they're packed in. The COZILIFE Cups are 100% food-safe.A small booklet comes in the box of COZILIFE cups with a message from one of the company's founders. The founders are two young men from China who have traveled extensively in the U.S.A. and Europe, and know what Western people want. Their goal is to make the phrase "Made in China" represent high quality. These Egg Poachers fill the bill.

Healthier than frying!
So much easier than swirling water with distilled vinegar in a pan. 5 minutes is perfect for cooked but still slightly soft on the inside eggs.
