The pre work out blackberry pomegranate tastes amazing! I drink it 10 mins before my workout, I don’t feel the jitters but i definitely feel the boost in energy while I am working out. It dissolves quickly while mixing and it does. You get a lot for the price and the ingredients are what drove me to buy. I have celiacs and this does not give me any issues. Quality of product packaging came well. The only thing I don’t like is the taste of the post workout, fruit punch is not my favorite, I’ll be trying other flavors.
