Caffeine works well - taste is ok
Like the beta fuel gels. These have a good hit of caffeine which certainly helps on very long runs. These caffeine gels don’t taste as nice as the normal ones, but you get used to it as you look forward to the hit!

Best gels I’ve used.
Easy to eat on the bike and is like rocket fuel - gives you a great energy boost. I was 50 miles into a 70 mile ride and didn’t fuel properly. I hit the wall completely a friend handed me one of his And within 20 mins I was back to the front of the group. It was amazing. I’ll never use anything else again. Texture not too thick and not too thin. These are highly effective energy gels. I also used on my most recent half marathon and it was brilliant to use every 30mins due to the carbs. Loved them.

SIS doing the job
Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

Useful energy boost for longer bike rides
I used these gels while cycling, mainly on longer rides when I needed something quick and easy to take without stopping for a proper snack. The pouch is easy to carry in a jersey pocket, and the gel gives a noticeable energy boost when I start feeling tired. I also like that it contains 40g of carbohydrates, so one pack feels more substantial than some smaller gels. The texture is quite thick and the flavour is fairly strong, so I prefer taking it with some water. It may take a little getting used to if you do not normally use energy gels. Overall, it is a convenient option for longer rides or harder cycling sessions, but I would test it on a normal ride before relying on it for an event.

Great product. They taste nice. Good consistency. Excellent source of energy for running a marathon. Easy to stomach. Excellent value for money as cheaper than other sites.

My stomach didn’t handle the caffeine well

ONLY TAKE ONE PER DAY!
Be very very careful with these. They are NOT normal gels and contain a large dose of caffeine. I made the mistake of taking one of these every hour for a long 4 hour race, plus one at the beginning, and ended up consuming 1000 mg of caffeine. Caffeine is not mentioned on the front of the packaging, Justin tiny print in the ingredients. Also, in tiny print is a warning to only take one of these maximum per day. It’s really easy to miss this information and treat them like normal gels. In my case, I had a racing heart rate, dizziness, and dissociative symptoms after my event. It took me some time to realize I had caffeine poisoning, and I ended up going to the ER concerned, I had some kind of heart condition.
