Very bad after sales customer service
Initially the product worked fine and I was happy with the product, but before even a month's use the timer knob stopped working and the oven could not be turned on.A complaint was registered and they said they would send a technician with replacement part. Its been 10 days and there is no response from them.When enquired about this in the customer care they just casually said that they the part was not in stock and they would send it when the part comes in stock.(They sounded like they did not care and didn't even have the courtesy to inform this)Please do not buy this product as I think the 2 year warranty is a scam as they keep saying that the part is not in stock to defer from repairing the product.

No convection available
Excellent packing and delivery of the product.Looks sturdy but one thing that disappoints, there's no convection option available in 25L otg. But the seller mentioned it was there. That's why gave 4 star rating.

Worth for money product!
Product is fine but they are taking long duration for extra one year warranty extension. More than 1 month completed still it’s pending. They say we are processing all the time. My stars is only for the product and not for the after sale service!I had made cakes, thandoori chicken and pizza’s with it till date. Everything is delicious with the use of it. Give a try for this product. It’s worth for the money! TY!

Awesome one
I was so confused which one should I buy any branded OTG or any local brand,after reading so much reviews I saw ibell reviews and dicided to buy I bell OTG,thank god my decision was right ,I fully satisfied with this oven and recommend to all,using from a week and no complains,go for it
