Does it come with everything you need to make a bracelet?

No. It only comes with the rubber bands and the clips. The hooks that come with it are not very good. The rubber bands are excellent but you need a good hook, a loom, and a hand loom. They come with loom kits.

Yes, everything in the picture comes with the order. I don’t know how many rubber bands are in each color, but if I had to guess I would say 200/300??? Yes colors in the separate bag are included.

Does it come with instructions on how to make the items?

Yes a little book. But you can always look up videos on YouTube.
