Q: What is the best way to apply the conditioning wax? Thank you!

I actually do not use the wax. I apply the powder and then I use a clear mascara to set the powder. You do not want too much mascara on the wand if you choose to try this. I love this brow powder! Hope this is helpful.

Q: How well does this cover coarse gray hairs?

I have found it to work fine. I have a few gray hairs. I use the blond color but this has been my favorite eyebrow kit to use. Not expensive and for me, works better than more expensive versions.
