I love the taste. It works fast since it contains a small amount of alcohol. It’s the perfect choice for people who has problem swallowing solids. Excellent for growing hair and stopping hair fall. It is the perfect vitamin for my whole family. I get energy from it, focus, I love the bottle that it has the perfect amount of product so it doesn’t go bad . It’s meant to be used for 14 days. One tablespoon is more than enough a day. No side effects except for better hair and energy and muscle function

Okay, I do have to say off the bat, the iron taste is a little wild the first time! But it's got iron in it; it's going to have a metallic taste no matter what, so I can't dock any stars for that. I normally use the Centrum Women's gummies, but I've been wanting a liquid alternative since the big gummy jar seems to be letting them get stale. I really prefer this version; the taste can be easily negated by taking it with orange juice right after! Would be cool if it came with a measuring cap, but you can just use a regular tablespoon measuring item, Consistency was thankfully more liquidy than expected, was worried it'd be thick like syrup but it's not bad at all.
