Closed and is secure, keeps cords clean and tangle free, the size is perfect for going into my larger work bag. It’s well constructed and sturdy. The zipper is easily closed and secure. It performs perfectly in my opinion. New plastic smell is ok if you like that sort of thing.

Smashed plastic
Seem to be good plastic but trying to get them opened and stay opened because they are smashed in with creases. Filled with rocks to try and get them to take shape.
