Excellent product! I have two compressed lumbar discs and need lumbar support when I am working out using weights. I have been using the belt now for approximately one month and I have absolutely no complains. Because of the excellent support I can now use heavier wights in my workout routines. As noted in another review, measure your waist size at the level of your naval. DO NOT use your pant size. Based on my measurement I needed a medium and its fits perfectly. Had I used my pant size I would have ordered a large.

Great Belt for the money! Only negative thing is after a hard set you want to be able to loosen belt quickly and cannot be done. I caught myself holding back on sets because I knew it was not gonna be easy to release belt. It's a whole other workout just to get it loose and off.

I measured myself and found to be in the middle of XL and L. I thought well with XL i could always just attach it further down and it'd fit. Nope couldn't do that with how the belt is set up. So i ordered an L and it fits perfectly. If i were you id go one size smaller if you're in the middle too

Sturdy enough

This belt is my first one so I can’t compare it to anything else, but it sure goes on easy and really supports my back.

I needed a smaller belt for my gym bag and this fits perfectly. It folds up flat so I’m able to put it in my bag with minimal space being taken up. It fits securely when I wear it during squats and deadlifts and provides great support. A must buy

Arrived new, clean, no noticeable defects, size as ordered. The sizes are smaller than the chart, effectively 1-3in; the small measured flat was 31-35in but add the thickness of the belt, the buckle, and body contour, and it won't match your tape measure.

Bought for lower back support. Ordered a Med. and a Large. Med too small to push down on lower back (hip area) . Kept the large as it would fit better on the hip area (not going by waist measurements) In my case the large is still a little loose but I kept in anyway and put a velcro wrap on top of it. Not perfect for me but Gets me through those days.

El velcro es de excelente calidad, materiales resistentes, compre talla L a pesar de medirse y usar la tabla de tallas creo esta un poco grande, pero nada que comprometa su uso seguro. La hebilla de bloqueo ayuda a q no se mueva el cinturón pero también puedes usar el cinturón sin esta sin desajustarse. Por el precio excelente calidad y materiales.
