Plugra, Butter European Style Unsalted, 16 Ounce

Caputo’s market is Top Notch! The first pound arrived (in July heat wave) melted, I contacted the seller (Caputo’s market) they immediately sent out another pound wrapped even better and it arrived perfectly cool, and they sent some surprise gourmet chocolates as well!! Great retailer! Oh and the butter has a subtle cultured flavor that is very nice, but you may or may not notice it.

We LOVE this butter, especially on our baked salmon. We use it in moderation because of the cost. I think if I’m going to buy fresh fish or make something special (like a homemade blueberry pie) I want a great butter. This butter has exceptional flavor and it definitely adds to the food I’m cooking. But like I said I only use on special foods and at special times. Highly recommend if you can use wisely or have money to splurge. The product arrived in excellent condition and they had it well wrapped and protected. I will definitely buy again

I was hesitant to order butter online because I didn't think it would stay cold but it was perfect. The package shipped from Utah to me in Texas, through standard shipping, and the butter arrived still cold and wrapped with ice packs and insulation. I am excited to use this great quality butter for baking.

I buy and use Plugra regularly, and I find it almost as good as the best butters I found in Paris when I lived there. I'm a butter-holic, so that's saying something. European butter has a slightly higher fat content than American versions, but that 3 o 4 percent make a world of difference. If you haven't tried it, give it a try, and taste the difference.

I really needed this particular type of butter because it has a higher fat content than regular butter,so I was glad to find it on Amazon. The only problem was when I received it, it had melted somewhat but no so bad that I couldn't use it.

Received the package yesterday in San Diego. Chilled but not frozen. Been a Kerry old fan and Was looking forward to a better flavor if at all possible. This Plugra flavor was a GREAT dissapointment. Tasted as if in the refrigerator for way too way long. Appeared in good shape and good coloring. Packaged right but an embarrassing taste. Can't send back but should be.

Slow churned, smaller crystals, cultured (great tang note on palate), super high butterfat ratio. Perfect for baking where the results matter!

This butter is awesome , i made 2 all butter apple pie crust with it and the crust is flaky and buttery .
