I contacted the company & was able to make an arrangement for more filling, in the form of a second pillow. Then, I noticed it was difficult to push the stuffing around while lying down, so I removed all the filling from the inner liner & put it back into just the outer case. I disposed of the inner case, which felt like cheap polyester. Now, it's fantastic & one of my most used pillows. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad at all. On one hand it’s nice because it’s easy to remove them to adjust the size/thickness, but then it bad because the layers don’t expand too much and it feels more flat than fluffy. I love that the zippered cover allows you to remove for washing it. I love that whether I sleep on my side, stomach or back that I can fluff, fold, or contort it to a position favorable to comfort. This pillow manipulation doesn't destroy the pillow. We have two that are nearing 2 years with us and in the past 6 months we bought 2 more. We both have shoulders post surgeries which require frequent repositioning for comfort plus post trauma issues (husband was actually hit by a car a number of years ago). It takes a lot for us to get comfortable to sleep but these pillows make it a much easier task. We also have pets- one is a Great Dane whose dander increases with age triggering my allergies that seem to increase with age too. That handy zippered case is a bonus to me because I can really ensure a more allergen free snooze. However, be gentle when unzipping and closing it. The zipper is not super resilient looking.
