Perfect for the job

Great little 45 degree wedge for my Eufy T8210 doorbell. The original 15degree wedge wasn’t enough to position the camera centrally at the approach to our front door. This has not only improved the view from the front door but has positioned field of view away from the brick wall where the doorbell camera was being blinded by the infra red reflection when viewed at night. The wedge is a good solid piece of 3D printed plastic, all the fixing points were in line with the OEM bracket as well as the existing wall mounting. Although slightly higher priced than I was hoping to pay, I’m happy that it has been so well designed and fitted first time without additional work. Took about 10mins to remove the existing bracket and put this bracket in its place.

The layout of our front door means that our doorbell is best placed at an angle. The standard mount does give a small offset but the angle wasn't enough for our use. This mount offered exactly what we needed. It was easy to install. Just two screws to attach it to the wall, although I did find that there was a small but of side to side movement even though the screws were tight. The finish of the mount isn't that great if I'm honest. You can clearly see the print lines. I do feel for the price the overall finish could be better. a higher resolution printer would probably go a long way in improving this. However once the doorbell is installed you only see a small part of the mount so it's not a big problem.

Couldn't really decide if this is a 4 or 5 star product. Probably 5 as it is the only one I could find, and that alone makes it 5 star as for me it was essential for fitting my Eufy doorbell. It is 3d printed, which is fine, but have to hope it will withstand rain, hail & shine. Easy to fit, although it wasn't clear where to use the long screws and where to use the short screws, but not rocket science to work it out. I asked a question about compatibility and the seller came back very quickly with an answer. Main con is the price, seems overly expensive for a bit of plastic, but on balance just about worth the 5 stars. Recommended.

The original mount didn’t quite fit our Eufy E340 - contacted Gestech who realised I’d been sent an older model. Ordered the later version, original refunded and it fits perfectly. Excellent service and great product, thanks Alfie!!

ITS RUBBISH 👍 Took hours to set up when I finally managed to get it working ! it failed miserably to actually " record " external events ! continually disconnected from Wi-Fi !!!! totally untrustworthy Security Device ! and don't pay any attention to those glowing reviews via uTube !
