Supplements dont need to taste like dessert. Just one scoop a day. I try to take it daily, but sometimes I forget. So far, I am getting the amount of servings as stated. Scoop is included. Dont use more if you are trying to get the 30 servings per bottle. I currently add it to my smoothie, but sometimes have had it simply mixed with water, or oat milk, or added to coffee. I dont always need to have is as part of some delicious drink. Just mixing with a little water and chugging also works for me. BTW, cocoa powder doesnt 100% dissolve. So if planning on adding it to coffee, just swirl your cup once in awhile in case it has sat long enough to start to settle on bottom. I read some of the reviews. A: Yes, it is!
Given the supply challenges and longer lead times after the pandemic, a number of our powder tubs had to be produced with the white lids.
