The wood has defects and the paint is uneven and poorly done. The foot came unglued in shipping. There are little dings in the wood everywhere. We are going to fix it ourselves because it is hard to find a pink nutcracker. I am fairly handy with wood and touch up paint but you shouldn't have to fix your brand new $450 nutcracker. Buy somewhere else and get better quality for the price.

Both 4' nutcrackers arrived intact, properly and securely sealed. Both nutcracker men are colorful, no nicks, scratches, cracks or breaks. They have brightened my great-room during this just past holiday season. I really do enjoy both of them and couldn't bare to place them as flanks outside and on both sides of my entry door. I will be forced to order 2 taller nutcrackers for next season so that I can placed them outside and keep the slightly shorter men inside as flanks for my fireplace as I have done now& for this season. I am extremely impressed with the workmanship of both nutcrackers as they are complete no missing parts, heavy, painting is perfect, they are everything that one would want in a nutcracker. Thanks.

I bought 2 of these, and they are really beautiful. They are exactly 5 feet tall, super nice detail. I purchased these for use in our housing development and now I really want 2 for my own home. Love them!

I used it for 4 weeks in December and it’s broken!! Very expensive and very low quality!!!!!!

Right when I opened the package I could tell item had paint damage in many spots. In addition to several paint scratched spots, feet were broken off from pedestal, and jewels missing from crown.Do not recommend purchasing for the price.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. She also thanked me for "the ornaments". I don't know if it was a mistake or complimentary, but the tubes of ornaments was a very nice touch, especially to a young adult in her first place.Shipping is steep, but the price is right. She is happy, so I am happy.
