I just received mine (vanilla collagen powder 400g). Opened it and the tub is just over half full! Was this the same for everyone? So almost half emp?

Mine was the same. The product is sold by weight and is vacuum packed. This means the tub will always be half full which is a waste of plastic. If you measure the product itself it should be around 400g.

why does the vanilla version not nearly state that it contains artificial sweeteners? this is a breach of advertising standards.
