I Got the Wrong Color - But 5 a Five Star Joystick
The stick itself appears to be legit. However, I ordered the green ball handle and got red from the Amazon seller Sintron Technology. This is going in a Mayflash F300 as soon as the cable comes in. The Sanwa buttons I ordered came in as well and they're already in and working well. Disappointed not in the product, but in the color mismatch. The cable arrived and the stick is now in. Easy install and night and day better than the stock joystick in the Mayflash F300. Tighter, more responsive controls. Coupled with Sanwa buttons my F300 is as good as, if not better, than much higher priced alternatives. Plays the old classics like Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Galaga, etc., perfectly in 4-way. Easy enough to switch to 8-way if so desired but I'm leaving this as is.

Great Stick for Fighting Games
I got this through Paradise Arcade via Amazon with the Octagonal Gate (sold separately). It came with everything as shown: harness, green ball top, dust washer and metal mounting plate. I noticed that there were multiple vendors selling this through Amazon and chose one based on seller reviews.I used this to swap out the stock stick in a Qanba Q1. It was a pleasant upgrade as the Qanba wiring harness works with the Sanwa JLF and the mounting holes line up exactly. I did have to re-use the mounting screws as the JLF comes with none. I opened up the stock Qanba stick and noticed that it used the same switches (Omron, made in Japan) as that of the JLF. As for feel, I do like the JLF, especially with the octagonal gate. It is so easy to pull off Ultras. The JLF size and spring tension feel just right and precise. The ball top is also of good quality on the JLF, better than the Qanba stock. So I now have a spare stick for future projects.Playing SSF4 AE is a charm with this on the PC. Real arcade parts and nice upgrade for the Q1.

Premium Quality Stick!
High quality stick that works perfectly with the Mayflash F300 fight stick, as long as you purchase a 5 pin female to female cable to connect the stick to the pcb. The JLF is a lot stiffer when you return the stick back to the neutral position, unlike the mayflash one which is kinda loose. The stick is also a little quieter, than the mayflash stick which is great for me so I don’t annoy my family as much as I did with the other one. Overall I would highly recommend this stick if you’re planning on modding or building your own fight stick.

A nice and fluid stick
The stick is easy to disassemble and mod and is pretty versatile. Used this to mod a Mayflash F500 and it works fine. I'd recommend that you get more niche arcade stick parts such as mods or more obscure brands of arcade sticks at focusattack.com though.

For the newbies like me 😎
If you’re buying this stick thinking it will correct that input you keep getting wrong on your favorite fighting game YOU ARE WRONG LOL that is completely up to you and how much you practice. This thing does have more responsiveness and more of a spring to it than the stick that came stock with my fight stick (Mayflash F300 which stock is VERY VERY DECENT ) it is really great tho and really is responsive to your inputs . Definitely worth the money.

Excellent arcade stick.
Inserted mine into a Mayflash F300. Works great, feels great. Excellent stick. I had to buy the connector cable separately since the stick didn't come with the right one for my board, but other than that there are absolutely no problems.

This joystick works great in the Qanba DragonStick
It is a drop in replacement and works well. I play a lot, so end up replacing it every 6-8 months. You could probably replace just the switches on it. But for the cost and simplicity, it is easier just to replace the whole unit.

Great replacement for cheaper qanba/madcats USB fightsticks.
I replaced the stick in my Qanba USB fightstick with this one since it is a. higher quality and b. has a 4-way restriction plate. Now I am able to play classic arcade games such as Donkey Kong properly (impossible with modern 8-way sticks). It was a simple swap job; unscrew the back of the qanba device, disconnect the cable from the qanba joystick, unscrew and remove the qanba joystick, replace with the Sanwa, reattach cable, done. No need to re-wire or anything.
