Cheapest, handiest stylus for an iPad; please note that the official iPad stylus and aftermarket styli do not allow you to sweep up from the bottom, below display area and into the display area, to show your multiple open panels. Therefore you end up using your finger and smudging the screen eventually. This capacitative stylus tip doesn’t have that problem. It has the same capacitance as your finger and so you can use it to push buttons on the screen or to swipe even from outside the screen into the screen to activate task view. Clever design: you slide the pocket clip up and down you never have to touch the stylus blob at the top in order to click it open or closed. Oddly enough, I pretty much don’t give a darn about the pen itself, but I suppose it’s not a bad place to hang the little iPad swipey-thingy. If I did care about the pen function, I would complain about the moderate security feature of the current ink being used in Pilot pens compared to the Signo 207 Uniball which is the most resistant to check washing. If, of course, you use these gel pens solely for taking notes in a Moleskin notebook etc - well,. Pilot pens got game. Also note: according to my favorite AI companion the inability of active stylite, like the Apple Pencil is an intentional design decision, and not an inability of an active stylist to swipe from outside the screen into the screen. Therefore future versions of iOS might allow for better functionality of the pencil, for now, however, under iOS 26, we need to use our finger or one of these rubbery capacitive styli tips.

I have been using Pilot G2 gel pens for years that I used for just about everything. I bought this replace one of those promotional pens with a stylus point I got from a health fair work, which I was using frequently just for the stylus point for online app games I have on my smart phone. Unfortunately, the promotional stylus wore out rather quickly and was just dragging slowly across my screen. I decided to upgrade with a this G2 pen that I rather have and the stylus has been really smooth, reactive, and has improved my gaming experience. I bought this product for work travel since I only play online games like crossword puzzles and Tetris while on long flights, and of course for writing up notes while on the job. A high quality product you would expect from the Pilot G2 line, ink can be replaced, stylus is reliable. Will be buying again for all my future stylus needs.

If you like a 0.7 writing pen, I think you'll like this pen. It's a nice writing pen that gives you a nice bold print and also has a stylus for using on your cell phone or laptop. The only drawback I see is that the ink does not dry immediately and you have to avoid touching the ink for a few seconds to avoid making a mess of whatever you are writing. If you can live with that you'll enjoy this pen. The stylus is just another plus to this writing pen. It works very well on cell phones, especially if your finger tips are a little large, it gives you the good small tip that works really well. I see that every now and then there is low inventory of the pen but the good thing is that you can purchase the refills on Amazon.

These pens write amazing. They are tough enough to withstand Fire/Ems daily operations. After a few months the rubber touch screen end tore and eventually came off. I’m sure the pens would last longer in an office setting. Well worth the purchase.

Excellent product

This is perfect for my touchscreen laptop at work. I can move the screen and then write my order without having to click to engage the pen. Excellent design. I would definitely buy again, and definiteley recommend.

I owned one of these pens for 3 years and didn't know it was also a stylus I could use on my phone and vehicle display until my 10-year-old granddaughter clued me in. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

*versátil *económica *funcional *cómoda El mecanismo se acciona presionando el clip hacia abajo hasta que haga "clic". El stylus funciona mejor que otros en mi opinión (no tan rígido ni tan suave). Un ligero tabeo o roce son suficiente para que sea detectado por pantallas táctiles. En cuanto a los repuestos G2, es cuestión de gustos. A mí me gustan más los Uni-ball o Pentel Energel, sin embargo los G2 cumplen su función. El unico detalle que no me convenció es que cuando la punta está accionada, el clip queda algo flojo. Pero pasa lo mismo con las de botón. El mecanismo está firme cuando la punta está retraida y flojo cuando está accionado. Es un detalle menor que puede pasar desapercibido. A diferencia de las G2 tradicionales tiene algunos detalles mejorados como el grip, que es un poco más suave y cómodo. El cilindro es de un color sólido y no semitranslúcido, se ve menos infantil y no tan sencilla. Les doy 6 estrellas. Recomendadas ampliamente.

I love the pen, good quality and easy to hold, no doubt, but the ink doesn't flow smoothly. I have to shake the pen repeatedly before using it. I'm glad its refillable and thinking of buying one.

It writes well too

It is a good stylus for my phone and tablet. It also is a decent ballpoint.
