Nerf Super Soaker Tornado Strike

I bought this for a role play game with LA Pony and Critter Club, We do a human Animal Arcade on Derby Day. In costumes, the "animals" line up at opposites ends of the target area on their "track". They get to choose their speed to cross the track. Points go to the marks man for amount of wetness of "animals" On a boiling hot day, after many races, all the animals move real slow. Also great for human Animal Dodge Ball. hahahhaha This gun has great pressure, works well, and you can easily replace the "clips" of water.

This gun shoots quite far, however the shot pattern is more of a cone and not the helical pattern on the box. It uses a ton of water quickly, but will drench your target with ease. Buy extra clips! I blasted my 4.5 year nephew over and over again for hours on end. I love this water gun, it was so much fun.

I grew up with Super Soakers, and loved every minute of playing with them during the summer. This one, though, blows those out of the water (har har). The magazine loading is an excellent addition, and the pump-action works great. The distance and spread of the stream is impressive, the gun itself is light and gets an amazing amount of fire-power out of each magazine. I went out and bought three more for friends after trying this one, and we had a blast with them.

I rated this gun 4 stars overall. I got it because it reminds me of an actual assault rifle. As a water gun its pretty good. i tested it out and as for the pressure its good. its distance may not be great but it will definitely do the job. it has about 10 sprays 12 maximum before you actually run out of water. The refill tank allows you to just put another clip in and keep on soaking. The negative side to the water clips are just that you have to buy more. The positive is that if you do decide to buy more you couldnt possibly lose(depending on how much you buy) "major pumping is required" so it may not work for smaller kids but even a 6 yr old should be able to use this properly. Seeing as to how i bought it mainly for the look, ill also include that it has tactical rails which means you can add different attachments(sights) to the gun. (If you buy the shot blast from amazon you can get a sight) and it also comes with an adjustable stock attachment. Its great for a childs imagination. And great for me since bb guns are illegal where i love :/. i recommend this gun to anyone of any age. On another note i bought this from target.com through amazon and the package came within 4 days even though it was expected to arrive in 8. it actually came before i package that is supposed to arrive today lol

I ordered this for my roommate who had never owned a Super Soaker when he was a kid, and needless to say I was somewhat disappointed. The range on it is ok, but not great. If you are expecting some cool water display with the spinning head, don't hold your breath. It starts out like that but ends up being a unnoticeable spray of water by the end. That brings us to the amount of water this thing holds. If you want a functional water gun for more than 10 seconds, look elsewhere. The water cartridges hold a sad amount of water. Their hope is that you will buy multiple of the cartridges so you can switch them out for "rapid reloads", but I don't know whats wrong with having a large tank you don't have to reload but once. Anyway the gun is functional, but not ideal. A kid would probably like it, but look elsewhere for nostalgia.

This water gun is good for about 10 full shots then you either have to refill or change clips. So unless you like running around with 3-4 spare clips or taking a time out to refill every 30 seconds or so i would suggest looking elsewhere. It's also a pretty big water gun (looks intimidating) and harder to pump than other water guns. It will soak someone pretty good with one blast and has a good range but the capacity of water in the clips is horrible. It's a cool water gun but it needs some extended clips with more water capacity, I don't like the "feel" of having 2 spare clips hooked on my side, I find it cumbersome but that's my opinion. Look at the Scatter Blast.

Top Gun. Crazy fun. My son has the whole series. Heavy duty.
