how do i get bl software in order to use it?

You have to update your firmware to one that is compatible with the BL touch. There is heaps of videos and information on google and youtube.

Will this work with CR10 5S?

are the grippers inside the couplers metal or those crappy plastic ones? Got burnt on the last ones...literally

The ones I recieved were metal inside. And boy do they grip the bowden tube well!
