Amazing coffee
I have been drinking Jim's Organic Coffee's for almost a year and I absolutely love them! I tired Witches Brew because it is a dark roast, which I prefer, and who doesn't love the name! It has a rich deep earthy flavor with tiny hints of citrus and dark chocolate.

The Best Coffee in the World (and nicest people!)
The coffee itself is bananas good. I love the Witches Brew, but I honestly dig all of their dark roasts. They aren’t bitter, they don’t cause gastritis for me the way a lot of commercial coffees do, and they’re always fresh and perfectly roasted. I only order this on Amazon these days (when I need it in A HURRY), because the very small company of amazing folks who produce (they are an actually SMALL business) this are so. dang. nice. If anything goes wrong, and it rarely does, they are just a joy to speak to, and truly care about their product and their customers. They also care about and truly work WITH the farms that produce their company by treating them as the skilled partners they are. You can feel good about drinking this coffee.

The Best Coffee
I am a true coffee snob all the way. I am always trying out new coffee bean brands but prefer to buy organic. Jim’s Organic coffee is the absolute best I’ve had! It’s full bodied, no bitterness, & has the best aroma. I so look forward to grinding the beans & making a cup each morning.

Powerful aroma and taste
I expected this to be intense, and it met expectations. Still an interesting flavor, with some complexity unlike many French and Italian roasts. But a bit much by itself. I generally prefer a slightly lighter roast, but I almost always blend caffeinated beans with some decaf beans, so I just adjust ratios. With this, I tend to use about 40 percent by weight, with 60 percent dark decaf (Kicking Horse).

Unicorn Coffee
WOW, I finally found the "Unicorn of coffee" - Blend X!!! I have been looking for good organic coffee for a long time, as I don't want to be drinking pesticides with my coffee. Everyone of the coffees I tried tasted like old tea water. I just brewed up a pot of this stuff, and I could smell this wonderful coffee from the living room! When I tried it, it was crazy good. Thank you whoever is roasting this Unicorn coffee!!!!

My go to Dark Roast
This is my go to dark roast coffee…it also seems not as oily as other dark roasts, which I like. I have been drinking this coffee for years and every time I have tried another I always end up back with this one. It is not a bitter or acidic dark roast.

It's strong!
It was stronger than I expected, but with heavy cream, it was more to my taste. As a witch, I just had to buy it because of the name. I probably won't be doing it again tho.

Great company but weak for a daily brew
I've been on the hunt for a new daily brew for a while and heard good things about this company and how they source their coffee. I absolutely love what this company stands for and was excited to try a premium, truly organic coffee. I generally brew my coffee at 2 tbsp ground per 6 oz of water, and this coincides neatly with the instructions on the bag. I love the bitterest of brewed beverages, the hoppiest IPAs, imperial stouts thicker than mud, dark roast coffee brewed strong. So anticipation was high for that first cup of "very dark roast" Blend X, yet my first sip was heartbreakingly underwhelming, and so was the rest of the mug. The coffee came out like slightly dirty water, a weak, bland disappointment. A couple of days of tinkering resulted in a decent mug, but I had to use nearly twice as much coffee as usual, and at this premium price it simply isn't worth it. This coffee could be a good fit for someone who doesn't drink daily or prefers a lighter brew that still has the roasted/smoky flavor of dark roast coffee or if oily coffee results in an upset stomach. Pros: Good company, responsibly sourced coffee, not oily, clean and smooth flavor Cons: Weak for a dark roast
