The tool you didn't know you needed.
Used this to wire up a breaker box. It's comforting to know you get consistent torque on those fasteners, not too little, not too much. Good for light torque fasteners when the torque wrench is inconvenient. Easy to use. The included bits are probably fine, but I used others for what I needed.

Item as described
Works ok but do question accuracy because to tell just exactly what torque level you are at. Do like the quantity of bits thst it came with and the storage case.

Well Worth the Price.
First up are the CON's...take the bad news first because that just makes the good news sound gooder.1. this is not a precision instrument.2. the torque settings are merely "recommendations".3. i don't know how long this thing will last.now with those out of the way, here are the PRO's...1. the price. i cannot afford $300 to $1200 for a precision torque screwdriver, heck i can't even afford a Wheeler torque driver, but i needed a torque driver and SanLiang had this on sale with a coupon so i jumped on it.2. while the settings are off for the low, 2>14 in.lbs and the high 40>70 in.lbs, it really does shine in the 15 to 35 in.lbs which is in the ballpark of needs for my uses.3. the product and packaging is really well done. it has become the center-piece for my travel workset and so far it has done paid for itself and then some.would i recommend this item? depends. if you need it for a quick, fast, in a hurry fix for something like say a bicycle or an heirloom Singer sewing machine, then yes, it will fit the need and then some.if you're wanting precision values for F1 racing or aviation mechanics...dude are you serious???i own a torque driver specifically designed for aircraft structural repair and gets re-calibrated after every 6 months of use. cost was $2599.99. that thing sits in my safe.but here is some FYI.alot of people don't know how a torque driver works. they think that it's through mere friction and the red line is the set line. they're partially right and as my instructors would always say; "being partially right just means you're mostly wrong."a torque driver uses a calibrated compression spring and most torque driver have a "BASE SET SETTING", the lowest setting.this one comes with a base set setting of 2, so if i rotate the adjustment knob to 1, i'm not at 1 in.lbs., i'm at 13 in.lbs. so if i set the red line to the 10 on the scale and have a 0 in the small adjustment window, i've got an in.lbs value of 22. which is not 10 but the tip top of the white gauge hits 20. so you have to know how to read the setting indicator properly and know your tools individually.

Great tool
I needed an inch-pounds torque wrench and this worked perfectly, nice item.

Not the highest quality but it works
It's not the highest quality but it works. It's hard to see the numbers & you need to count as you watch the dial to ensure you're torquing to the correct spec. But for the price you can't go wrong if you only need it here & there.

Good for repeated results, but not accurate.
I've used torque tools before, and just needed a cheap screwdriver for some PC work. Overall I'd recommend it for someone who just needs a general torque and repeatable results, but not for fine tuned work or meeting important specs.CONS:- It's nowhere near accurate. Versus an expensive torque screwdriver, it's clear that the numbers on this are only a suggestion. Close enough for work around the house or on a car, but not if you want to pass inspection on breaker lug tension in a panel.- Setting it, while mechanically isn't complicated, the adjustment numbers in the bottom are useless, and don't reflect anything. This could give an uneducated user a false sense of what value they're setting to.- The bits are junk. Chrome plated, cheap made, and obviously uneven. I'm sure they'll work for small jobs, but anything that needs a tight fit or higher torque is gonna see these breaking for sure.PROS:- Very cheap. It's a torque screwdriver, and it's $30 as of this time. Even a garbage Craftsman is going to run $80 for the same tool, with the same mechanism, and only very slightly better quality.- Repeatable. Like I said, I got this for PC work. I need to make sure every fan screw is at a specific torque, every motherboard standoff is the same, and most importantly, that my CPU cooler is exactly the same on all 4 corners. This does that perfectly. Again, it's not to an exact spec of like 33.7 in/lbs, but I can be sure that every screw is exactly like it's mates.- The Case. The fact this thing is so cheap and actually comes with a case is great. 12 bit slots means I'll be able to grab some better bits and store them with it so I know I'll always have what I need.

I don't use it so often but is a great tool for particular projects.
