TACTACAM Reveal X Cellular Trail Camera - Verizon

I used other brands they worked half the time sometimes no pictures being sent for hrs. Trying to see if it’s pointed where you want takes forever. Not my Tactacam cameras I have two different models 3 cameras they send pictures within a few minutes at setups .Once setup they send pictures in less than a minute. Also the plans are pretty inexpensive for unlimited pictures on my 3 cameras and the amount of settings you can choose is impressive. I use these cameras when searching for lost pets so I need instant feedback and this product delivers any weather perfectly.

Great value for the price. Image quality is ok. The app has a bad habit of randomly signing me out, causing the camera to not update images to my phone. The first time it happened, it took some investigating to figure it out. Good cell signal in areas that are normally rough to get a signal in. This camera almost completely eliminated false triggers, particularly during daylight hours. I would buy again.

It never let me down~

After purchasing many brands to try around our massive property, this one is by and far my favorite.The pictures are decent quality, even at night.It doesn’t take random raindrop or windstorm pics like other cameras.And the delay is less than 1 min from the image to my phone. I love that!Only way it could be better is if I could check the camera remotely in real time.I’m actually going to return the unopened loser varieties I have and get more of these to put around.

SO i took a flyer on this one and it does the job. Functions well, not hard to synch or set up, has been in the field 6 weeks and the batteries are on 100% still. The picture is a wider angle than my Bushnell's that lasted years, and it doesn't catch hundreds of shots like those did, but it does catch the deer showing up at the feeder. Fortunately it then doesn't take 200 more shots of the same 3 does eating for 20 minutes. THE NEGATIVE was that the instructions weren't that intuitive, it wasn't clear how to set it to get all the shots, but their customer care is great, they can walk you through it, they can see your camera settings and help. Overall good product, really pleased and the time/gas pays for itself over driving out 1-2x/week to check cards

These are good cameras at a good price and take quality clear pictures and videos. However, I recently have gotten “no sim” and have to reset the cellular SIM card regain signal and hope I get cell pictures for a few days. Recently, I called TACTACAM’s customer service and I used the call back service and received a call within a few hours. The representative asked some questions, verified I was up to date on firmware and determined I would need two new SIM cards. He said he would mail them to me and verified my address. Well, 3+ weeks later, 3 important weeks before deer season and I have not received any SIM cards in the mail. For 3 days, I have yet to get the call back service to return my call “in the order in which your call was received.” I have been on hold now that I know the human and mail doesn’t work, the call back customer service system only worked 1/4 times, and Now I am on hold for 16 minutes and counting. Good luck! $200 in cellular plans, $254 in Reveal X cellular cameras, $28 in batteries, $20 in SD cards, and I was able to use them from Apr 21, 2022 - 8/22/2022. Still on hold, 24:51 and counting.

the image quality isn't the best but you get fast image updates whenever motion is detected. overall its a decent camera for the price.
