Absolutely love this sketchbook. The paper quality is great not super thick or thin there’s a little bit of bleed through, but that’s totally fine since it comes with a paper protector. I love the hardcover design; it feels sturdy, solid, and high-quality. The black cover looks sleek, and the added pocket in the back is super handy. I also appreciate the perforated edges so you can easily tear out pages if you want to. Can’t wait to keep drawing and filling it with art!

I love this book. First, it is hardbound and heavy. It’s not a throw in your handbag book. But, the pages are perforated so you can easily remove them. The paper is heavy enough to withstand watercolor and gouache and smooth for ink drawing. 120lb/200gsm. And, I didn’t notice this in the description, but there is a plastic (?) divider so you can use alcohol markers without bleeding onto the next page. And it opens flat enough. It also has a ribbon to mark your page. Very happy with this purchase.

Book has decent weight to it and includes a vinyl sheet so there’s no bleed through. Very sturdy and well made book! Love it!

Honestly the best sketchbook for wet media. Super thick, smooth paper that is incredibly absorbent. I had zero issues with bleed through our crazy warping. Worked really well with gouache, water color, acrylic paint, alcohol and paint markers. You can easily remove a page because of it's perforated edge.

I have so far used this for heavy watercolor color or gouache paint practice and it has held up really well. The paper has a nice thickness and texture making easy for me to sketch or paint whenever. Overall a solid sketchbook for an artist or creative alike.

This paper is SO THICK and can take so much! I have put many layers and have yet to see pilling or bleed-through. This is the best journal I’ve ever used.

アクリル、パステル、油性色鉛筆、ジェルメディウムでコラージュ、 ミックスメディア用だけあって使いたい画材が問題なく使える。 鮮やかな色もスモーキーな色も発色が良い。 200g厚ながらマスキングテープにも十分耐える。 マステを剥がす時はドライヤーで熱を当てながら剥がすと綺麗に剥がれる。 薄い付属下敷きの上に紙を一枚プラスして下敷きにすると敷いた紙がよく吸水し今のところ他ページへの影響なし。 キャンバスや板材はハードル高いけどカジュアルにちゃんと作品を描きたい日、そういう日にぴったりのスケッチブック。

Es un excelente libro para arte

I have a sketchbook obsession and would always buy any kind of sketchbook (even when I haven't even started one. I know, I have a problem). I love trying new brands and kinds of sketchbook. I'm on a forever journey to find the perfect sketchbook So far, I've used Moleskin, Talen's Art Creations, Canson XL, Aartx, Arteeza, Leuchtturm, Artist Loft, Dollarama brand sketchbook, Wal Mart brands, and Strathmore. While many of them are great in their own way (and that the PERFECT sketchbook may never exist), I find Ohuhu Mixed Media to be my favorite. It is tied with Strathmore Mixed Media because I find the paper in those two to be quite similar in terms of thickness, though Ohuhu does have less texture than Strathmore. Also it is more affordable and has more pages so I say it is more worth it IMO. I love Strathmore but it is very pricey (I only buy it whenever Micheal's gives out 50% coupons) You can use watercolor in this sketchbook but not heavily. Alcohol markers do bleed but since it can support Acrylic and Gouache, you can just use those to cover the bleeded page :) Overall, I really love this sketchbook.

Es un sketchbook que sirve para técnicas secas, acuarela no sirve mucho para esta técnica, y con plumones no lo he probado. Pero están gruesas las hojas. El color se ve super bien.
