This 2-piece kit comes with an 8-inch extension flex bar with a 3/8-inch drive and a 6-inch extension flex bar with a 1/4-inch drive. These long extension bars are made of durable high-quality chrome vanadium steel that can endure even the toughest fasteners. Each bar features a mirrored chrome finish for a professional look and easy removal of dirt and grime. The square-drive radius corners help reduce tool and socket wear over time. These bars are ideal for reaching narrow or hard-to-access areas to get to hidden nuts and bolts. The tightly coiled steel springs let you reach awkward spots up to 45° while maintaining great rotational torque transfer. The springs are protected from exterior elements by PVC sleeves, and the ball detent on each drive head allows you to securely latch the sockets without them dropping into machinery. Each extension bar can be used with power tools at low torque or with hand tools.Keep these extender tools in your toolbox at the auto shop or in your home garage. Whether you need long extension bars for your car lug nuts or new gear for your mechanic business, NEIKO has your back with our durable, dependable tools. Review: Good quality and work great. - Absolute must have for every tool box large or small. Super handy after you've used a wrench to break the bolt or nut free. Also work great to spin them back on and get pretty tight. I still like to try to get an actual wrench so I know just how tight it is though, but these do not flex like one would expect. Seem to be high quality. I bought an extra and gave to my son. Review: when only the flex extension will work! - these extensions come in super handy working on the cars of today, although this is definitely not their only use. I am NOT an auto mechanic, but I am handy with some tools and I delve into replacing some things on my truck and car to save $$$ when I can. Which is the main reason I needed these flexible extensions. I don't know who the engineers were that designed todays engines, but I can promise you they had ZERO auto mechanic experience and have no intentions or idea of how to replace the simplist part (ie) thermostat, which is like major surgery these days. On almost any part to be replaced you'll need special tools, custom made tools and tools you can't even imagine you'll ever use or need. Well these flexible extensions, which I never even knew existed until I needed them are the perfect example. They will get you in spaces when nothing else will do. Definitely worth the price and some. ## Features - FLEX BAR EXTENSION SET: The NEIKO flex extension bars, or socket extensions, quickly loosen and tighten nuts and bolts in hard-to-reach areas. Not sure why? Is this the best of the bunch?** A: Not sure if this one is the best of the bunch but it worked good enough to tighten up the arms of our recliners without tearing the entire chair apart. Good price and worked for me. **Q: What is the length of the 3/8" extension? Thank you.** A: the 3/8 one is 8" end to end and the 1/4" one is 6" end to end. They seem well made but like any flexible extension I think if your trying to free a very stuck bolt you might break it. Although the few times I've used them they have worked perfectly. **Q: Do these have the logo engraved on them?** A: The logo is not engraved ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and work great. *by G***Y on July 25, 2026* Absolute must have for every tool box large or small. Not great for auto projects where tight torque specs are required. These will twist. Easy to use. Fit sockets.
