Won't replace faulty disc

Contacted company but the would not replace the faulty disc. I know I purchased this mid February 2022. It was an incentive to help him learn to get himself to sleep. I didn't unwrap the disc and it was left out for him to see. He has done it so last week gave him his prize. He was devastated when the disc would not work and says corrupt. All his other games work . Just ensure you check the game upon receipt as they won't exchange faulty goods if goes over the 30 days . I now have a broken disc and a very sad 6 year old.
