We have been trying to swap out a lot of the toxic products in our home. My husband had a problem with flaky skin with his prior products. Since switching to this products has not had that issue. This hold his hair for the day with no problem. The product is a little more expensive, but for the price of low toxicity is worth it. I did not notice any overwhelming smells, which is nice. Overall, the quality is great. The product washes out of his hair easily.

I have a slicked back 90s haircut with medium length hair.- Doesn't leave a heavy, oily feel, it sort of absorbs into the hair and scalp, and it feels like I don't even have to wash it out at the end of a day.I think if this product had a fancier name and label, it would sell more.The trick to applying this is: Apply on damp hair, give it time to dry, then reapply half the amount just to coat the top of the head and catch flyaway. I use about a marble sized amount every day.I hope this stays around because it's the only one on Amazon that avoids harsh ingredients and chemicals and has a good hold.

Non toxic and washes out very easily. No scent and medium/strong hold. Will definitely rebuy.

I prefer no harmful chemicals and vegan body care items. This one works well but I don't want to sell my kidney to take care of my hair.

Although I prefer a stronger hold, using this pomade first and then using a strong hair gel makes the hair gel so much better.It makes styling easier and washes out easier.I've been to barber shops and seen them mix two different products in their hands, so why not do it at home?Also, you don't need to use a lot of product, so it should last a while.Good stuff.

I was bummed that this product wasn’t “scent free” as advertised. It smells a bit like Old Spice cologne only grosser. I couldn’t stand the smell of the product in my baby’s hair so I returned it. I’m sad because I liked the ingredients listed so I had no idea where that awful smell came from unless it’s something in there that’s not listed somehow?The hold was good for about 5 minutes and then the hairstyle fell out of place completely (probably due to body heat). What remained was stinky, greasy-looking hair until bath time. Luckily, it washed out easily with his regular baby shampoo (we use Pipette for sensitive skin).

Only used twice so far but has decent hold and I didn't run across any issues.
