Easy to install Centre would have been better for actual bell than ruffle around the neck.

Adorable bell that works as expected
My mother bought this for my toddler daughter who just started riding a tricycle and she absolutely loves it. We only use it indoor for now but the ring is loud to notify nearby pedestrians.
