Q: On a scale of 1 to 10 how comfy is this chair

It may depend on the position you are sitting in, your size, and if the chair is leaned back or the footrest is up. Personally, I would rate the chair 9/10. The comfortability of the chair also depends on what you are doing and what position the chair is in. It may be uncomfortable to be leaning back in the chair while reading (depending on how you are holding the book) and playing video games with the back of the chair straight up and no footrest out. The chair is very comfortable, especially for the price, but you have to get in the right position while doing certain things to be comfortable. I like to watch youtube videos on my computer while the back of the chair is almost completely flat and the footrest is out. I like to read with the back of the chair straight up and the footrest not out. Btw, if you read or do work at your computer desk and don't like to use the full room light, I would recommend the swiftrans LED Clip Lamp, Portable Lighting Eye-Care Clip Desk Light Powered by USB ( Clip-On Light )-Black Color. The lamp is very bright and I use it all the time. Back to the chair, I like to play games on my Xbox while the footrest is out and the back of the chair is tilted down about a fourth of the way. I just realized how much I typed when I could have just said 9/10. The amount of effort I have put into this answer shows you how much I love this chair.

Yes, I brought this chair for my husband who is 6f 5i and is 280. He loves it even for long hours of gaming, being able to lay back and relax is an awesome feature.
