I drink 2 of these daily. I have tried chocolate, vanilla, cookie dough, cake, and probably a few more. I prefer the chocolate. Taste is comparable to the chocolate milk your mother would make for you as an after school refresher. High protein count. One in the morning and one midday as an energy boast. I have come to rely on them. They played a big part in my weight loss journey bc of the nutritional content.. The key is the price per bottle. If patient can always get them for less than $2 per bottle and often for around $1.50 per. Less than that and stock up.I have tried other brands, but the flavor of Premier is, in my opinion, the smoothest, most consistent, and leaves no aftertaste.

Don’t laugh, but I’ve really come to love this stuff. I’ve only tried the chocolate and vanilla this time around and chocolate is the only one I can heartily endorse. Also, it’s IMPORTANT to pay attention to the packaging. Here’s why:Used to be a dedicated gym rat. For a 50+ woman, I was cut. And stronger than about half the men in the gym. But after workout, I was ready to eat ANYthing, as long as it was NOW. After trying a bunch of protein drinks, this one was the most tolerable. Used to come in cans. Yuk, but watcha gonna do?Can’t work out now (disability), but I needed a protein drink. So I threw myself on the only one I knew. Now here’s the packaging part. It’s very clear that the taste has been improved. But there’s a new tetra pack version that is actually delicious. And AAAARRRGH, I can’t remember if that applies to this curved bottle (I think so) or if the taste upgrade only came with the later tetra-pack. Perhaps compare prices, but if there’s no difference, I’d have to say “get the square one”.And drink it ICE COLD. All of these drinks taste like a tire fire if they’re not cold. I’ve only tried the chocolate and vanilla, and while vanilla has improved, it’s not up there with the chocolate. You can overdo on protein, so check with your doctor before adding this into a regular diet or enough of them will make your liver implode.Okay, stick with the square tetra pack, know if this fits with your dietary needs, and you’re on your own beyond the chocolate. But that one is an ABSOLUTELY BUY THIS!!!
