Not enough power
Using the soft bristles it feels scratchy on skin. As others have mentioned - not enough power if applying any pressure

It was great till after a couple of weeks
It was wonderful for cleaning my face, i have sensitive skin so I didn’t think it would work, but surprisingly it helped clean and clear up my face. The only thing is after a couple of days the switch didn’t seem to work(even with fresh batteries) I mean it still cleans nicely without it being on but i didn’t pay for a manual brush i payed for a electric brush. Overall its good though

When I first bought this, a lot of the reviews said it wouldn’t last/wasn’t good with water. I’ve had mine for over year and it’s still going strong. I’ve only had to change the batteries 2-3 times and make sure to never fully submerge it in water (it’s been wet and ran over water plenty of times.) I usually only use 2 of the attachments, lots of options though
