Quick and easy to use - took it out the box and immediately used it without and problem. Super sharp points on around 100 pencils we did.

This is exactly what I wanted, it is Chargeable which means it's not tied to an AC plug or cable, can move it anywhere. Can sharpen any pencil sizes from thin to thick which I suffered before from different products, it has also 3 modes, didn't try them all, but in the end, it works as expected and has nice value, I give it five stars for now, and then I will check its durability over time and let you know.

Love this sharpener ! ! ! It works beautifully & quickly on ALL my pencils. I teach people how to use their coloured pencils, so I (just 😉😉) have 15 different sets of pencils.It sharpens from a nice short point all the way to a stiletto point very quickly. The other thing it does well, is that it will take my pencils with their pencil extender on them & still sharpen them & not get stuck or jam. This means that I can get full use of my pencils, right to the very end.The only bad comment I have is, that you say it’s easy to replace the helical blade & it is ! ! ! BUT, where can you purchase the replacement one from for the JD8028, the only one shown is for your other sharpener ! ! !

I'm using pastel pencils. So far it seems great. I love the long point. Time will tell if it breaks the led (pastel).

Important to have sharp pencils for sketching. This sharpener does the job quickly and efficiently and has rechargeable batteries. Easy to empty the shavings. Recommended.
