problems after 4 years of installation

after 4 years of outdoor installation several of our more than 20 boxes are no longer to open. The lock does not turn (lubricant does not help) and the plastic "key" loses it's inner shape when applying force.And some plastic latches are breaking - probably because of UV exposureWhat a bad product!
