Not sure if it has worked for anyone but I have been using it for a while now with no noticeable improvement.

Hair Vitamins - 90 Tablets
This was a random buy and it has paid off. I suffer from UC and these tablets have helped a great deal by slowing down my bathroom visits and I feel they will contribute to my hair condition (UC meds contributed to my vast hair loss/thinning). So far, so good. Will update in 3 months.

Girlie pink bottle
Whenever I review a tablet for wellbeing I only ever review it on what I can see because I think vitamin type things are subjective as to whether they work or don't. I can't do the science or prove what's in the bottle is what it says it is. The bottle is nicely designed very much with women in mind I would argue with its pink colour and shiny label. It appeals to me anyway. The tablets are a chalky sort of pressed pill rather than a capsule so no gelatine which is great for vegans like me. My nails have definitely grown at the rate of knots since I started these and my roots need doing so I guess they do really work! I've enjoyed trialling these and would buy them again.

Helps support hair health.
This supplement for normal hair has 100% of the recommended daily amount of biotin, zinc, copper and selenium in each single tablet. It also has bamboo leaf extract. I find that this helps my hair to break less and although my fine, elderly hair is still thin, it is not getting worse while I take these, so that is a help. I like the fact that the tablets are easy to take, you only need one a day and they are vegan too. I take mine with food and have not had any aftertaste. I find it reassuring to know I am doing such a simple thing to support the health of my hair.

Not sure what to say....
There was a gross smell from the bottle, but I'm used to that from vitamins etc. However, I'm not sure these are doing anything. My hair and nails aren't showing any improvement, but they're also not worse...? They were relatively easy to swallow, and didn't taste too bad.

A vegan-friendly supplement to promote healthy hair
Hair glo are a vegan-friendly supplement. I particularly like the fact that they contain a good amount of Biotin (Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, stimulates keratin production in hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth). The other ingredients include Bamboo leaf extract, the benefits of which include vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin A, niacin and thiamine. The tablets are reasonably-sized and have no pungent smell that some of these Vegan hair supplements have. Highly recommend giving these a try. I haven't been able to try these for the full course prior to review but I feel confident that these will help keep my hair healthy.
