This is a comforting book to read. Try and savor it by reading slowly is my only advice. I've also made SCB's beeswax food wraps. They work!

Very inspiring and quieting

Lovely, gentle mix of family news, recipes, crafty ideas.....just the sort of letters we used to write and receive. These are up to the minute women writing though, and this book has reminded me of stuff I'd let slip away out of my life....now, with these examples, to reclaim it all!

I was very much looking forward to this book, having followed 3191 miles for a few years, and I was not disappointed. The photography alone is worth keeping it at hand on the coffee table for everyday viewing. MAV and SCB are very good at sharing all the little things that make life so special.
