Almost perfect
Seeing the review beforehand, I was concerned about the quality and usefulness of the shaving bowl.As picture, I purchased the black finish. It's sturdy, well crafted, and fits the average shaving bar well.One issue I read was that the lod does not secure onto the bowl. Although the lid doesn't snap, there is a nice seal where it will not just "pop" off.I haven't used this bowl for traveling but if you place a couple pieces of tape on the lid to secure it to the bowl, I'm sure it'll be fine.The one thing I think it's lacking is either grooves at the base if the bowl or a rubber O-ring to secure the shave soap from moving around. I do get a good lather, however it's a nuisance to have the bar slide around while lathering.
