Not genuine, cheaper knockoff filter and cover
Thought it was a genuine Blueair filter that I was ordering but it isn't, seems flimsy and the black mesh inside is more see-through than the genuine one I just replaced. Both the cover and the filter don't have the blueair logo on it like the real ones do. Given it's only an extra £10 for a real one and it lasts ages, would make sure to order elsewhere in future

Good Value Replacement Filter

Low quality, cannot be trusted
This is a side by side comparison of the original filter (on top) and this mock-up (bottom). Huge crack in the carbon layer. The white layer feels very plastic whereas the original one feels more like paper, which is softer and firmer. The two layers are hot glued together and the glue is visible. I simply cannot trust this product.The original is expensive for a reason.

Good value, roughly equivalent to the real thing
This is a well-made product that looks and operates more or less identically to the real thing. I have the feeling it doesn't quite clean the air as well though, or at least that I need to run it longer to get the same effect. I don't have figures for you but considering all the variables that is my view.
