I'm almost vegan. I eat tiny amounts of non-vegan food during the month, but not much. I have been exhausted for years. I attribute it to my life circumstances (job, family, etc...). I happened to see a YouTube video about this supplement for vegans. Your body makes Taurine, but the video said that many people benefit from a larger amount than the body can make so I decided to give it a try. I noticed a bump in my energy after just a few days. It's not a miracle drug. It didn't change my life, but I feel less tired and can do a bit more. Being less tired helped with my mental health as well. If you are vegan/vegetarian, I'd say it's worth a shot.

Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid, meaning it becomes essential only in times of ILLNESS and STRESS. For me, I do start to feel better when I take it during periods of ILLNESS and/or STRESS, so I'm rating it 5-STARS, and suggest you try, whether it works for you too.
