The description says these are 50 lb bags. They are only 40 lbs.

The softner salt works fine, however the price is MUCH MORE than the $8 per bag you can purchase it for locally. Please check prices locally before purchasing this on Amazon. ALSO, once ordered the seller will NOT cancel the order!
