The only problem was the delivery driver left one box in front of the elevator (in front of someone else's condo) and one near my door like he threw it out of the elevator and didn't care where it went. But the product is perfect!

Ok, so the first time I received my package it came with a broken piece. The vendor sent me a new one and it’s perfect. Great quality and super easy to assemble. I’d definitely recommend.

They work, and are functional, but the base is super light due to being plastic. The rest of the design is nice. The seat backs are super low, and angled back. So using it as a back rest is out of the question. And with the base being plastic, I wouldn't recommend leaning bavk anyways. Other than that, the are really nice, look good, and perform the way they should. You can sit on the. Height adjusts nicely, and cushion is comfortable. Gave 4 stars because of thr plastic base, otherwise, they are good chairs.

Have not unboxed these yet, so will update when we have, but did open the box to see quality. Very excited to get them put together! They’re nice!!

The chairs, once they FINALLY arrived, which was AFTER I disputed the credit card charge, are OK. They look fine, but they are a MAJOR tipping hazard and will have to be very careful in using them. That said, the reason for the one star is because (i) ZERO or negative stars isn't possible (otherwise, that's what I would have given), and (ii) the seller charged my card right after I placed the order, created a shipping label right after I placed the order, but didn't actually ship the product until after I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Package came damaged. Was not even packed in a proper box. More like pieces of card boards slapped together. I didn’t care then... opened the box and assembled one just to find out the the hydraulic parts were missing for both chairs. I contacted the manufacturer. They sent the parts. But no tracking number. Told me it would arrive in 3-5 business days. It actually took 10 days!!! I emailed for update and nobody would reply. I was about to return the item When the parts shown up. Nevertheless, aside from that, the chairs looked good. Not the best material. There are similar chair but with better materials, studier, better made out there that I have had. One star goes to design One star goes to being easily assembled And I give an extra one because they do look good in my kitchen and we’ll fit my stainless steel table.
