Fujitsu FI-6130 Document Scanner - 40PPM, 600 DPI (Renewed)

Works as advertised. There was a flood in our building and the floor above dropped all of the water into our offices. We replaced it with the same model and this model has worked like a champ for many years. In fact it was so good, we bought a second one to use at a remote location. The only issue is not with the scanner itself or the software that runs it, but the updated computer drivers. Fujitsu doesn't support their software anymore this year, but we found several places online to download the drivers and software. No issues and the instructions that came with the equipment were slightly dated, but worked just fine.

I had a Project that was/is Due Monday and I was excited to find this Scanner ONLY to be very disappointment first the poor packing which I am sure caused the Paper Feed Lever to brake and when I pulled it up it did not power on or work. So now I am behind the eight ball scrambling to get my project done because the Product I order was faulty. I expect a full Refund and Now I will reach out the the Add Insurance Department to obtain that Refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This did not work. It was sold as “refurbished-excellent condition”! But it didn’t work. 3 stars because I was refunded for this purchase

This refurbished Scanner works perfectly. I purchased this Scanner to replace the one I purchased in 2011 which had just broke because one of the soft rubber feed wheels melted. I wanted the same exact scanner if possible because my old one worked great for so many years. This refurbished Scanner is in excellent condition. It was delivered very quickly, packaged safely and clean I would definitely buy from this seller again.

This is a fast, excellent scanner. My only problem was that while my laptop recognized that a USB device had been connected, it could not identify it as the scanner. I contacted the author of my scanning utility and he suggested that I try using a different USB cable. I used an old cable I had lying around and - bingo! - it worked.

The IT professionals could not make it function . conclusion mechanically defective. ordered identical model and it installed and is working as expected. I do not think I should pay a restock fee for a defective product.
