I used the massagers in the past and since the old ones got broken after a year of usage, I repurchased a new one. I ordered the T shape massager but since it was out of stock, the shop sent the full set including a roller and the T shape massager. Thank you so much!Regarding the effectiveness of using these tools, I use them every night on my face and neck after applying moisturizing cream. It took a while to notice any changes, but I would say I see my skin has been brighter. Of course there is no way to stop the aging process, but the massagers help slow down this process in general, in my opinion. I've received quite a lot compliments on how much younger I look compared to my real age.

Received item a while ago but just opened it this week. I turned the device on and it does not work. Tried changing batteries and still does not work. Disappointing as I have used these tools before and very much like using them. Was replacing my old one with this one when I realized I received a ‘dud’.
