Review: Just what I need! - As you may see in the first photo, I inherited a nice sturdy metal cabinet, that I decided would be where my fasteners would go. I tried several different boxes, and desertcart’s box won the lucky draw of fitting the best. Still, the boxes are roomy and configurable, with an assortment of bin sizes. As you can see in the third photo, the boxes also work well without the bins. (That blue Dyna Lettering tool is actually a bit too tall for the box, yet it still closes OK. I’m probably straining the hinge by doing that, but time will tell; until then it’s stored and easily findable.) The boxes are a bit flimsy and lightweight; I would not take them to a job site (I have heavier boxes for that.) But for my workshop they are perfect, and affordable. I’m planning on doubling the number of these that I have.

**Q: I count 13 compartments on this "amazon basics 15-removable compartment professional organizer" anyone have an explanation?**
A: The listing photo doesn't show the correct distribution of compartments. Mine came with 3 large (2x2), 2 long (2x1), 2 mini long (fit adjacent to the handle), and 8 square (1x1), totaling 15 compartments.

**Q: Are the small orange bins that divide the inside of the boxes available for purchase anywhere so I can customize the layout inside the box?**
A: I don’t know about buying the bins elsewhere, but they are all removable so it can be customized as long as the bins are the sizes you want.

**Q: It looks like the "19 compartment" one has 24 compartments in photo. How many does it actually have?**
A: Mine has 15 compartments of varying sizes. The 24 circles on the lid are decorative. It's a nice box to store screws and nails.

**Q: Will parts from one bin go into another bin with the lid shut?**
A: No. Everything stays in its own bin.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Usable and interchangeable

All of these organizers with removable bins that look the same are absolutely identical and interchangeable. I bought the Amazon Basics one, this one, and one other brand to compare quality and use since each of them had a variety of good and poor reviews. Other than the color and the quantity of various bin sizes, they are identical and obviously made in the same factory and just branded differently and sold to separate vendors. All of my organizers arrived in working condition. One had a small crack in the lid from shipping but it didn't go all the way through. You can mix and match the bins from other organizers. Each organizer has two special sizes bins that go on either side of the handle and cannot be swapped out without leaving a gap. The organizers all stack fine with each other. I recommend purchasing based on the lowest price and quantity of bin sizes you want and don't be afraid to mix vendors.
