I always looked for a massager that would help with my stiff neck and head massager. This was a perfect fit for my needs, very effective and efficient.

My husband wasn’t please and sent it back. No appreciable relief.

Neck massager does not operate. Getting ready to box it up and send it back. I am not going to go through a lot of trying to fix something that’s brand new.

This machine is interesting. I carry a lot of tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders. When I get a massage – they always work on my neck and right at my head a lot because of it. I use tens a lot so thought that I would try this. This is really a fancy tens machine with heat – as opposed to a massager. A massager is very different.First – the heat is awesome! I never get that with any other tens device – so kudos there. It REALLY helps! It is easy to add a bit of aloe gel to get good contact. I actually add it right to the metal machine nodes. It lasts too – even when I remove – you can still see the gel a bit.I was hesitant as I never put tens or stuff near my spine. These nodes are pretty close – But I was just careful to place it just so and keep my head still and stable when using. Not the type of thing you want to move around in at all. But it was easy enough to put just so. I did find it made the best contact of I pushed the front ends down all the way on my neck and shoulders.Now the first time I used it- my neck actually bothered me for the rest of the day so I was afraid to try again – but I did. The second time went MUCH better and my neck felt great afterwards! Personally, I do wish there were a few more nodes past the ones that are there. I guess they can not put nodes on the side as tens and those muscles REALLY cause your neck to retract muscle-wise – I know as sometimes I have to use tens pads there to help me anyway. But a few more nodes close to where the current ones are would be nice!Best part is that it doesn’t make any noise. I have good hearing so I was afraid of having a tens so close to my ears – but it is QUIET!
