Very practical tool to fry or egg benedict NO OIL FRYING A round deep frying pan Boil 3 cups water add 1 tspn vinegar bit of salt Put the tool in the water....crack open egg inside the round portion of tool With a spoon put boiling water over the egg Fry in water until egg turns into a white round shape within 2 to 3 minutes Gently remove with a plastic spatula and on to the plate
