Second hand was off when it arrived

The second hand was laying in the bottom of the clock. I had to take it apart and put it together myself. It performs great now. It’s still a great value for what was paid. I’m sure that quality control didn’t let it go like that . It was probably shipping issue. That’s why I give it 5 stars
