The Focal Easy Guide to Adobe Audition 2.0

anyone who has never used Adobe Audition before needs this book. It explains in a simple to understand way and is well illustrated. Also good to refer to. This version of Adobe gives enough facilities to do comprehensive sound editing although ver 2.0 is not the latest.

Another reviewer says this book is too technical. Well, I wonder what you want, then! If you do not know anything about audio at all, this is probably not the book for you. But if you have some idea what you want to get done, and you want to know how to do it with Audition 2.0 or 3.0, this is the book for you. (The Adobe "Classroom In A Book" is more of an extended advertisement for the product. This book, by contrast, doesn't talk about how glamorous the product is -- it just tells you how to do things.)

This guide to adobe audition is easy to read. The diagrams are pretty clear. Could do with larger illustrations though, but on the whole really useful to have on hand. Its like photoshop for audio. Brilliant.
